how do i open a maya 2008 file as a maya 8.5 file
I have a maya 2008 file and need to open it as a maya 8.5 file.
The reason is, because i have a plugin for maya 8.5 that i need.

I read somewhere once that you can right click and do it somehow but i dont know.

Thanx
