organic modeling 2

i've bought half the organic modeling tutorials 1-6 the only thing is i want to know wich of the remaing ones has the how to create "nik naks" for your model including the wristbands and skirt
the only reason i say this is because i only what that part, and want to avoid wasting my money on irrlevent ones.

wristband : create cylinder, scale it .. render user added image
