This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

right extrude once and go IN TO the gum, then extrude again
then extrude outwards about 3 times while scaling
it works quite well usually for teeth

This is how Kurt did it in the dragon tutorial
it also works for horns
u just extrude twice into the mesh
then extrude about 3 times outwards well scaling
u need to merge the vertex for the last one at the end if u want the tooth to have any kind of a sharp point
fogot to mention that
