Question about maya complete

Complex UV Layout in Maya

Hey guys

Is there any way possible to get cloth like effects or Fur like effects on maya complete or can you only do those effects if you are rich Unlike ME.

Turning your geo into softbodies will get an effect you want for cloth, and for short hair with a nice transparency map
