Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

Hey Dave

Serious?...Thanks dude, Ive been looking at it for so long and deciding what direction to take the look of it, its kind of non descript to me right now, but a couple of the guys here said its ALL GROWN UP now, so maybe I have hit the right note now...

Now to get on with it...

Cheers again

nice style Jay, definately darker and meaner user added image

I'd say that the entry page needs altering a little as people on lower res screen sizes will just get scrollbars along the edges and not see the footer text etc..
I've just kicked up an alternative front page running on basic css with removed font tags etc and will pm it to you.

No probs Jay,

It was a straight rip of the intro page that you already have, just tidied up with css and redone so you could have it displayed in lower or higher resolution screens without it being too big user added image
The images were just relative so if you'd have put it in place of the existing page then the images would show.

CSS? Cached Style Sheet, I'm not totally web savvy, Im more bang up a page if it looks good, keep it, ya know.

If you could PM me any info on how to do what you've done with as little aggro as possible, Id actually appreciate it, now I understand what you are saying.

Cheers
Jay

nah its bigger.... uh sorry wrong thing... user added image

My laptop is only 15 inch (1400x1050 res though) and I've noticed it displays a white edge down the right side of the site (firefox).

I got 15mins at the end of work today and started knocking up a css version for you to have a play with. If I get it done tomorrow then I'll fire it through for you user added image

Mine neither, it's a 14"... user added image

Looks alot better IMO, but loose the Times New Roman, maybe throw in some Verdana or something instead... Also a bit more contrast between the text and the background might be nice, but that's probably because my monitor blows user added image
