Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 1
This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

'pinching' angles...

I'm cutting out a double wheel-arch and although it looks ok with the smooth mesh applied, I need one area to remain sharp; mainly the point where the two arches meet, which ideally should follow the line of the un-smoothed edges. I've sharpened it ok by running an edge loop either side, but I really don't want to start adding arbitrary resolution all around the model if I can help it.
Is there a way I can sharpen the angle just in this area?
