WMV license

i have a .wmv file which needs a license to run, i have the license so it runs ok on this computer, but i also want to run the video file on my laptop which has no internet access, is there anyway i can remove the license file or re-encode the video so it doesnt need a license?

i hope this isnt illegal cos i have the original video and im not selling it or anything

what video are you trying to run.

was it a free download or a purchased one.
