I extracted some of my favorites from the japanese text:

- Mental Ray IPR
- HyperShade Bins (folders)
- PaintFX on polygons
- PSD, PNG support
- Tweak textures in the modeling views !!

and is there a major feature there (like fluids to 5) or is this what 5 should have beeen if they hadnt rushed it?

BTW Fluid was 1st introduced in 4.5

IMHO 4.5 to 4 was much more than 6 to 5 is.
