uv channel

I'm trying to find a way to Render the UV channel like Max and LW can, So that I can use it later to apply a texture to the Object in Digital Fusion (with the Texture tool), Or
with Combustion...
(Uv Channel is like an Alpha Channel that stores the UV info of the Object)
Also is there a way to Render an Object ID or Matirial ID?
It seems that Maya doesn't Render RLA as Max does. and I couldnt find any Option In Maya Render or MentalRay...

Is that possible trough a plugin maby? Did anybody hear or read about somthing like this?
