digital camera

Hey everyone I have a hardware question. I want to get a Digital camera and I was wondering if any of you had one or could recommend one to me. Also, do you know of a good resource (books, websites, cdroms, etc..) for costumes/fashion/weaponry.

There are so many its hard to recomdend just one. I will say though if you plan on useing it for refrance pic's or textures be sure to get one with a good zoom lence.

I swear by my canon s-30. Not the best zoom if you need that, but great image quality. lots of features as well.
