It looks like it is neither front or rear wheel drive. How does the engine turn the wheels if there is no axel? Also, your tyres are so thin they would be completely impractical. I'm no expert (i don't even have a license) but i would say it has inadequate suspension and I think it would shake itself to pieces.

Personally i wouldn't have chosen a red ground plane if i were having a red car, it just hides the car a bit. The model looks fine, you could try adding an ibl as an environment for reflections. I think your shaders need work too. Car paint usually has a fresnel effect, you can use a sampler info node for this, which should get you started.
