maya is unstable for me

I have downloaded and reinstalled maya 5 times but still when I open it within a short time period of me trying to do things with Maya it crashes with a maya exe error.

it says maya is unstanble and it has memory errors? or something like that...let me go crash it again real quick and see...

ok it says "maya consisentcy failure. Maya is unstable.

whats going on? I have a pimped out new computer!

When you say you've downloaded Maya, you're talking about the Personal Learning Edition right?

I just ask because it is not possible to get a legal download of Maya Complete or Unlimited which could be your problem. It's probably best not to ask for help if you're using dodgy software but if I have grabbed the wrong end of the stick please accept my apologies and if I were you I would get in touch with Autodesk Technical Help...

yes the personnel edition 7.0.1.

i sent the tech guys and email and they told me i wasnt qualified to ask them for help....illl try your phone numbers though.
