Alien Project

Right I've been a bit busy with other things to do any serious Maya'ing but I think I've got most of that over with.

Time for a new project and hopefully one that will be a bit of a challange for me.

Introducing Mr Alien!!! Origional or what!? Is a high-res project for a change with multiple characters, some being re-used in various forms, animate and hopefully set to music.

This is by far the biggest and hardest challange i've ever tryed so with some luck and a few pointers from the wonderful peeps here I'll have something to be proud of.

First and main character, others to follow once he is complete.

yes very cool indeed. but the fingers and toes look too humanoid compare to how much his head looks like an alien. maybe give him 3 fingers instead of 5 or and 3 toes etc.
have fun modeling

Man tats one freaky alien, really cool design, and the front and side match up so nice. This is one area where im allways using the wrong side of my brain, if any.
Top work

Ah finally some modelling done. After a couple of false starts I've got the head, neck and torso roughed out in Nurbs.
