Monster Head

I'm modelling this monster head from a tutorial i found on the net. This is my first time at modelling practically anything, so any advice would be great.

Hmmm... its a little hard to see what is going on. Just for posting sake, can you got to polygons>then very bottom at normals, and then "soften harden". If you don't mind give it one smooth just for posting so we can get a better idea of the shape. Looks good from what I can tell though. Thanks,
Brian

How many objects is is 1 or two? Nubs or Poly's? If its only one object (mesh) then try what it asks, and just select all of the edges and try it again, if there is two objects, one on each side (like you mirrored it) then you have to select them one at a time. Did you do any extruding to make the face? THanks,
Brian

I started with the create poly tool and a image plane, so i guess it's poly. And it's made with 2 of them. I did a mirrored duplicate.

You need to pull out the front of the face. It looks to skinny.
