how can i change my avatar.i tried a lot of time but each time, the picture is too big.

i think that's because the maximum size of image allowed for your avatar is 100*100 pixels. use some image editing software to decrease the size of your image, and it should work..

i know its 100x100 btu it still doesnt work. the file size is to large and i dont knw how to reduce that number.

Its the format, are you using MS paint or something? By default is saves as bitmap or something, try changing it to .JPEG and that should work fine. Unless you are trying to get it hosted by another website, if you dont know what that means, then it dosent apply.

If you are using the [img ] [/img] thing then just say so and well go from there.

I think he's referring to the little pic like you have of Blink 182 under your name user added image so you cant use the [img] tags for that. Anyway, if you have Adobe Photoshop, when you decide to save it you can go to Save for Web and from there you can edit it until you can get the quality down far enough so that you can put it there. I had the same problem with my Llama avatar.
