Not sure what you are asking here... you need help modeling the lady? Do you have any previous experience? If not, then I would do some of the free tutorials on this site and that you can find on the web, before tackling a full blown project like this.

Thanks Arran

I recently started Maya, just been a couple of months.
I need to animate my charac for the graveyard scene.
I'll send you an attachment of the graveyard.
It's just asimple charac animation, nothing too pro.

i think your scene needs way more lighs or a different lighting scheme at least... it's way too dark

from what i can see it looks like a pretty decent scene, yet i gotta agree with neostrider ... it needs more intensity from light,

Thanks for throwing some light on the light issue, but what about the character guys??
Also the textures haven't come out right, so if i light it up even a bit more, it shows up the stretched textures.
anyways my camera won't travel al over. It focuses more towards the graves.

the reason your textures are all stretched is cause you didn't edit your uvs in the texture editor.... or you didn't do it well, anyway.

oh and i guess i would model the hunchback old lady just like a regular lady but with a hunchback... unless you're asking us to tell you from step one to the final step how to make a person that also happens to have a hunchback. if that's the case, download a human tutorial. follow it. then add a hunchback.
