I want to smooth out the handle section of the gun. When i extruded the faces it got all choppy. Any way i can smooth just that section? Any suggestions?

Hey, nice work. Sorry I cant help you with your problem but I just wanted to know if you followed a tutorial for this. If so what is it, and if not, then you should make it one. I cant seem to find any.

try setting the normals to "all soft"

Well,

I didnt follow a tutorial for this, I just figured it would be good cause there are a lot of good source images for it. Just do a google for desert eagle and you should find some.
