Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

Procedural Texture

Is there any way to export procedural texture as raster image from maya to another image processing application?

Yes. Select the object with the texture then shift select the shader network with the texture included, then in the hypershade go to edit convert file to texture.

choose your res and antialising and file format and whether or not you want the lighting from the scene baked in.

cheers
