Hello again....where is my lifetime membership?!?

Hi guys I don't know if you renember me its me eagleking. It was a long break for me because I was ill, had problems with my heart an stuff but now I wanted to go on modelling. I once have been a lifetime member here at simplymaya I won it at some competition.... now I wanted to download some videos but it says that I got no points so whats going on? user added image
