Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

Arnold aiAtmoshphereVolume creating random scattered light noise

I created one candle in my "table for two" scene and enabled aiAtmoshphereVolume, and it glows just fine now. For my other existing lights I turned off Volume in the visibility section so that the fog glow didn't saturate the entire scene and just the candle glows now. However, there are random scattered light spots, almost like bright pixels everywhere in my scene. If I lower the samples in aiAtmoshphereVolume settings, the light errors lesson, but I need to eliminate all of them. Below is a pic with samples set to 1.
