i got a proplem with displacement (using the Maya Software renderer): When I link a displacement (connected to a .png-Texture file with Alpha channel) to the shader node, the Mesh escalates during the rendering. Especially the vertical faces of my mesh look horrible. Is there something wrong in my shading network? Do you have any Ideas?
