Wohoo... bare in mind that this isn't just texturing. Following areas are touched also:

- Creating a CG sky using the envSky and cloud texture
- Tweaking renders using hypershade and IPR render
- Rendering using Maya Software renderer
- Lighting the scene
- Using Dmap shadows
- Rendering in layers and passes
- Compositing and tweaking the final image in photoshop
- Adding fake fog, air and DOF in photoshop using Z-depth info

This tutorial is fantastic , just what the doctor ordered, it goes into great depth on creating the sort of images we want to become adept at .
I love the Photoshop stuff and the render layers and composite lesson too ....MORE More More pease !

Congratulations on a top notch tutorial that is the most informative and helpful I have seen.

im still mapping K-man ..just took a break to watch the rest of the
tutorial and got hooked on the info ...hehe
I have been wanting to know this stuff for quite some time and really appreciate the time and effort you have put into explaining it...thanks.

Sahwheet! I thought i would it would be awhile before i would get the texture tutorial...but i think i may jump at it. Gotta finish my other projects 1st though : p
