This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.
I have just started trying to write plugs for maya. I have an L-system engine and a good sound knowledge of C/C++ and openGL. I need a pointer to some good resources. Basically I need to create a Cylinder on the screen and then locate to the end of that Cylinder and attach another Cylinder. IN as simply a method as possible. Hope fully without writing code to generate the cylinder and just use Maya's inbuilt stuff. I don't alot of time to get this working .....
