Lips are a bit weird and the face is pretty bulgy, but it looks cool.

There's no emotion in the face. With cartoon characters, there is typically an excess of emotion. As for the hair, its a little too symmetrical for my taste. Other than that, good job.

Good start!

I definately think that you need to work on the transition from the face to the hair. at the moment it looks like the head is hollow and the hair is sitting inside, if you know what I mean.
