Parenting a camera to character??

I've got a bullet here, and I want to do the matrix style camera rotations around the bullet as it moves.

I'm using a Camera and aim, and how do I get the emitter thing to parent to the bullet so that it locks on to it and I can just rotate around it smoothly?

I think using an aim constraint and or a point constraint will do it for you.
Just press f1 in maya and type in constraints.

good luck
