Here is a very early concept of the Charector that I will be doing.

For a little Background His name is SCOPE and He is considered to be one of the most deadliest Men in the World. The World has been Reduced to Mere Ashes. It is a Baren Wasteland Where those who are weak are tormented constenly by those with power. It is a time of absolute chaos. Those that posses the Magics of the World are also those that Control. Among these magics the Art of Making gunpowder and Munitions has long Been Dead. Only One Now knows the art and ability to use that art. SCOPE and Being the Worlds most formidable Sharpshooter he is uncontested in the game Of WAR.

C&C Welcome

Wish me luck.

A little bit better on the concept. went through it in Illustrator. Man I wish I could just draw. I think its close to what I want. Please don't laugh at the camo patterns they were just thrown in there.

What do you think.

Worked on the body

Still needs a lot of work. I'm just not sure how to model very well while still keeping my tri-count down. (This does have a smooth on it so the Tris are higher than normal just wanted to see it look somewhat decent.

One thing to keep in mind if you're going to try to meshsmooth it, is that smoothing doesn't react well to tris. You'll want to keep it quads for such an operation. Good start!

You've got a lot more room in your polycount, depending on which count you're going for (7000 or 3500). Weapons (depending on what it is) probably shouldn't be more than 100 each or so.

Looking good Brently, his legs are looking abit on the square side, maybe give them another edge, his chest is to sharp.

So the game that your character belongs to, is it a third person game?

Good start you've got there m8. Like Mike and Dae said you've got alot more polys to play with. Put in a few extra edges to smooth things out and to add a bit of detail.
