Complex UV Layout in Maya
Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character

more softening ..only add eyes n hair in photoshop no bluring was done to the mesh .I hope its softer thanthe previews one

The chin doesn't match, I guess it needs to be bigger. Other than that I would think that you are cheating by simply changing the color on half the picture using photoshop :-p
(in case I wasn't very explicit, I think it's awesome)

Phantom I dont know about the chin I guess I have to make a render in maya's front view because it matches the image there...

Looks really good. There is one indent on her brow and forehead ou might want to work out.

The yellow in the picture shows the smooth flow of her brow line and the even transition of her forehead. On the other side the blue shows the area that is not a mooth flow on her brow and the vertical dent from her forehead. Hope that works to explain it.

OK, I see what you are trying to get now. You have a point but that looks like it is more on her forehead her browline looks clean. She has a weird forehead. I have tried to find other pictures. This is the best I could find.

Hey anita youre doing a real good job on this model. For a second I thought that her browline and the area around it was kinda weird too but then now that I see the other pics that Rick showed, im guessing maybe thats just because the shaded image that youre showing us has too black of a shadow. Maybe you could give it a .25 or .3 of incadesence or so, so the shadows wouldnt be too dark and we'd be able to see her facial structure just right.

Anyway, keep up the good work user added image
