texture after rigging?

Can you texture a character after you've rigged, painted weights and even sorted out the blend shapes?

The character's aren't going to have complexed textures, probably a very simple shading network.

I didn't want to make my characters and then start again because they weren't textured.

Many thanks

James

yes, you can. i'd create a 'texture reference object' first. look in the help files for more info... not sure about blendshapes though...
