sorry about the updates, busy with school like usually on weekdays...

appreciate it zeroalarm user added image yeah i love the renders since im using lambert occlusion rather than default :p

wow goodluck to them to do it on all the consoles out.. cant wait though, the game is going to be run on unreal 3 engine.

Hmm maybe get a good side view image use it as a image plane and use create polygon tool extrude to the desired width, for a start off basic shape. From there i dont know lol, im not even sure if what im saying is the best method, im quite the noob myself.

well, i havnt touched maya for about 1-2 weeks now and feel like just a small project to get my mind back into it, soo im just gotta create this within the day or two user added image ill do the first turret when i can be bothered :p hope you like it, heres a couple of screenies in game. battlefield 2 turret btw, cheers ... marlon

Hey Marlon

for the seat thing on the Mech/gun turret thing, I would start off with a cube, sat with 4x4x4 divisions and shape it to the desired then go from there, extruding and splitting, it looks a fairly simple object to do so it shouldment be too hard once you ge the basic shape down.
