Complex UV Layout in Maya
Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character

That's my girl!

Hi,

3 questions

1) Can you tell she's a girl/woman?

2) What personality does she portray?

3) Improvements, ofcourse.

I really dont want to give her very high detail, but just wanted to know what I could do to emphasize that she's a woman. Or do I even need to do that? hehe.

I'd say it's more a she than he. Nice start. Bring the eyes closer to each other. Then maybe shorten the nose and bring it down a little with the eyes. Mouth could also be closer to the nose.

If I'm not mistaken you lack a poligon face in the upper region of the nose.

Yes, I fixed that.

It wasnt a missing face, I think I had just moved its vertices accidentally. I put it where it belongs though.
