Vivi from Final Fantasy IX

This is my second project that I've done. How would I get rid of that seam at the waistline? It was originally two seperate pieces of geometry and they were combined. Criticism would be great. Thanks!

Firstly make sure all vertices merged, then select the model and go to normals>conform, and then normals>soften edge.
