Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 1
This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

Ah yes pipe cleaners. Every time I've seen those, there were bags and vials of glitter and glue surrounding them.

Well with those and the popsicle sticks, my kitchen seems to have turned out to be more of a kid's craft centre. Definitely done crafts with mini-marshmallows.

Couple more texturing things, and then I'm going to go for the lighting (yikes...). Obviously I'll have to do texture tweaking once I get going with the lighting, to make sure things are responding properly.

Haha... yeah, I tweaked the SSS with a very high intensity point light above it (the flame), so I think it looks okay with the proper light turned on.

I would think the candle wouldn't have bumps, they're usually really smooth even when melted
