The neck looks a little too thick too, but apart from that... Nice work.

ok i'll try and see what scaling the head would look like, although i dont think its too large.
another possibility is that all the woman in Belgium have large heads, or the US woman have small heads :p
errr.. or is it the forehead and top of the head that is too big, not the face proportions comparing to the body?

and would you explain what makes you think its a man? do others share that opinion? maybe adding hair may change that ?

I don't think it's the head so much as the neck, it just looks funky.

I think it looks a little too thick, looks like she's been pumping too much iron (weights that is).
