Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

Beginner! Should I Order a DVD?

Hey folks,

This is a terrific forum/resource!

I'm a newb to Maya. But I really want to start right in on something cool.

The T-Rex DVD looks awesome! Would this be appropriate for a newb??

Thanks all!

d.

You should be ok. I go through the tools and everything step by step. Also d/l the free tuts to get you self a bit more familiar with the interface.

Hi there.

I highly recommend the pyroman DVD too, its awesome, and you can apply the techniques to any character you may wish to model.
