nothing built in that I know of. There are skeletons you can download from the net, but I usually just make my own.

NEM is right. Skeleton Works is very sofisticated plug-in. I spoke with its author(or I think he made this plug user added imageDD) Bert van Brande about it and it looks very simple but very powerfull and flexible ...

It's pretty cool. It can really speed up the skeleton process.

user added image theres also another one called autorig somewhere, that isnt as good i dont think, its very very complicated as well
