Screen gone all black?

Hi everyone,

Does anybody know why my panels have all a black background? I have pressed something I shouldn't have and I can not get it back to the original state. I have tried reseting the commands I think should be reset. I have attached a screen shot for you to see what I mean.

i cant remember the shortcut but i think its alt + b

Its a view that makes it easier to see particles.
