Complex UV Layout in Maya
Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character

It's a bit different from the refs but i like it so far. In the final he will be holding a gun towards the camera about to shoot. I'm gonna make him look like the captain of the ship and he will have the gun pointed at a ninja.

I'm not sure what to do with his hat. Theres the classic folder pirate hat with skull and crossbones or theres the POTC hat with three folds, maybe somthing different alltogether?
