Animation Tutorial

Am i wrong in thinking that there once used to be a tutorial on animation on this site? Taught you basic animation of a plain following a line that had been drawn and the plain attached? I know ive watched it, but ive forgotten how to do everything, been busy lately and not had time to practice.

Thanks in advance

Simon
