The head looks in proportion to the body, so does the arms in the sense it fits the general rules??

As its in Z I would give the muscles a tweek in the legs as they look a bit strange at the moment

In My opinion I think it's in proportion it's just that the muscles are all a little exagerated and need to be blended into the body a little more.
The angle of the render doesn't do it an favours proportion wise.

Started texturing the body, the way that i texture is i create a displacement map in zbrush an i use that in photoshop to create the highlight and shadows of the body.

Here is the color map and what i am talking about, it isn't finished because i still need to put texture on it, the way that i do it is that i use texture from photos.
