Side view

I am currently doing the dog tutorial in the free tutorials section. I have a plane on which there is an image and when i go into side view i only see the outside of the plane, and not the image itself. Has this happened to anyone and does anyone know how to fix it?

I'm not sure, but you could try to look under show in the side window menu bar and make sure that cameras are checked or alternatively just check show all.

Don't know if that will help as I am stuck at work and so can't check my computer.

I tried clicking show all and it still doesnt work, and i have checkmarks everywhere there, don't know what the problem is.

you have to hit the 6 key on all the views to show the pic.
