This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

Duude. Just about to do some more right now.
Giving him eyebrows will finish it off plus it will give him much stonger expressions which will make it easier to convey various emotions, methinks.

Indeed o' user of wise words!! I'm doing some stuff with PaintFx, u know stroke on curve, blend shapes working nicely with the curves so far, believe it or not I'm using bunny fur for the brows!!! Which seems a bit closer to eyebrows than actual brow FX themselves!!!

Later Dude

Bunny Fur? Well it is Easter.

Why does my avatar head look bigger than yours, makes a nice change I suppose.

Well here is what I would like to call 'Final Product' ,well, for the head at least!! I've done the eyebrows with Paint FX on curve, but if it comes to it I'll do poly ones, the Paint FX ones were a tough job to get to 'good enough'.

Your thought and Crits once again please!!!!

Very cool model. I really like it. Put it onto turbosquid, and sell it for a few hundred dollars. You'll be able to buy Maya 6.0 when it comes out.

Very awesome job. I would say that the eyebrows don't match well with the character. Maybe they're too grey and should be more brown/black for a younger looking character?

hey jango good job bro.

some crits: the side of his head, the part where it looks like his hair is balded or something, the part above his ear, makes it look like he has a deformed skull. and other parts of his head, from this view, looks as if he hit his head on the floor and made it swollen hehe, but that could be intentionally done.

about the grey eyebrows..hmm, well richard gere has grey eyebrows right? and hes pretty young.

keep it up! user added image

The eyebrows are grey for a reason, its to do with the story the character is in, but hey at least they're not 'Steve Martin White'
