This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with
complex objects.
WOW lookin nice its come a long way!!
first looked the the latest pic an thought the fabric looked shiney (in certain places) dont know why but the more i look at it the less shiney it looks weird huh?
ne way gud luck on the metal shader
I think im going to bumpmap it. atleast the yellow tweed.
but the problem is that im not sure if it will be visible at the distance
there I will render my final. but it would be cool anyway.
i going to give it try. but first I have to download some tutorial to see how to do it
The metal shader i use now is just temporary.
For now i will wait and see what would look nice
when i have texture and bumpmap it.
The volume dials (and the reflection below them) look a little too sharp and pristine compared to the rest of the model though. It makes them stand out just a little too much.
The light, inputs and switch to the back right look cool.
I will have a closer look at the the volume dials but I dont really understand what you means t1ck135.
Are there to much details or sharp edges? more or less reflection on the panel?
