What's the problem here?

Hey,

I'm having some problems setting up a basic rig for a window. I couldn't find any online (if you could link me one that would be awesome) to use for an animation so I thought i'd have a go at it myself.

Modelled a 'basic' window.
Rigged the window so it can open/close.

I wanted to have a master control that would allow me scale the whole model, but when I do the window goes all wonky. (see attached)

Anybody any ideas on how to fix this?

Cheers,

Its not a good idea to start scaling any thing after you have set some controls on them, you could try and group all the meshes and controllers then try scaling the group............dave
