Rigid Body Motor Boat

Is it possible to create a motor boat and make it a rigid body so that when it collides with an object during an animation it doesn't just move through it?

I would imagine so, as long as the object it collides with is also a rigid body.

I tried doing that and it didn't work, so I assume that it may not be possible user added image

yes make the other object a passive rigid body and it will collide with it.

After a while user added image I tried doing that. It still didn't work. Yes, both objects are rigid.
