pretty good... some pointers: the nose ridge is too edgy, and the corner of the mouth needs some work. In the corner the lips shouldn't go out.

At first glance i'd say the eye positions look a little off. I get the impression that they are a little high on the head.

It might be an idea to block in the ears and see if that balances the face up a bit.

Arms look rather short.

might not help but the edge around the eye looks a little stuck out. Here's a quick eraser job on the pic to see what I mean (if you compare it to the previous wireframe.
Not perfect but just as an example.

Did someone tear out her spine? It curves inward a bit too much...

I dont feel you're looking at any reference for this otherwise the proportion would be better. The arms are very short, the back is too curved, there is no rib cage behind the breasts and the head is too long , also the nose is too bulb like make it more 'pixie ish'

My advice would be to start on the head first and get that right. Find some good references, theres plenty about and if you are stuck then Im sure we can sort that out for you.

Ive tinkered a little on the head to get you started.

Best of luck

Jay
