character modeling? help

im a newbie and i just model using free form nurbs and sculpt features. but id like to know how to create body features. such as feet, legs, arms, hands, muscles, ect. if you can help me please do.

It depends on what you want to model in.... nurbs, polys, or sub-d's. There are lot of tut's out there to get you started.
