Wanted : Maya Artists for Dutch Motion Picture

Amsterdam, April 23rd 2007

Locust Entertainment BV, a renomated but small design facility, supplying high definition materials for the Motion Picture Industry, is currently looking for highly experienced Maya Designers, Modelers and Animators to work on an Adventure Feature Film.

Candidates with compositing skills will have our preference.

We are most interested in Animators who have at least 3 years experience with Autodesk Maya and we are starting interviews now. As we speak, Director and Crew are already filming at different locations including Europe and Australia. A variety of 3D visual effects will be added by Locust, such as Maya Fluid Dynamics and NCloth simulations. We need 3D diehards, willing to quickly adapt to new features of Maya, always trying to get the best results out of the box. Both dutch and english speaking candidates can apply. And check this out : We have a nice working environment inside an old church !

New employees will have to be relocated to Amsterdam.
Please send us your demo reels / stills on DVD (PAL) / QuickTime. (15 minutes max.)

Please do apply, even if you have less than 3 years of Maya experience, but think you can "WOW" us anyway.

Closing Date : May 15th 2007

Send your demo reels and your CV (in Word) to :
