Hah, thanks guys. Yea i was going to go for a texture over the body and then i decided to do a bricky effect. I think it turned out nicely user added image. Cant really say that though until its done, i still do not have any texture overtop (brick type) nor do i have the proper metal for the gauntlets i think. Now its time for tweaking, texturing and posing user added image. Heres 2 new images of the fully attatched golem, with no smooth modifiers. I have decided just to link these two pictures and some of the past ones to my server seeing i dont want to be hoggin space with all these images.

alright user added image. I will work on those then, i dont really know exactly what to do with them though user added image. I think what i am going to do right now though is increase the size of this guys hands.. seeing they are too small for what i pictured. I truly need more experience in maya though kurt because, I really dont know what i could do to them.. hahaha. Ok, i will see what i come up with.. maybe i could make a alpha map which puts some cool LOTR style text into them user added image. I dont even know how to make a alpha map though, better start learning.. lol. Ok thanks kurt, and I will post later tonight when i think the model is ready for a pose.. and then i will post tommorow most likely.. "the final picture".

Very nice model for such little time.
For every good model you made I wish I had a dime!
Because if I did, I would have money.
Then I could move to Florida where it's still sunny!
Anyway, good job; keep up the good work.

hmm, very good )v( . Looks kind of like, "the ring" on his body, from lord of the rings. Did you think of adding an elvish tongue on the rings? or not enough time?
