Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

Why is my file so wide?

Hi,

This too is my last semester's work. I was rendering out the project in mini-dv size and in the end couldn't render out such huge size in time...so, I decided to use Adobe AfterEffects and scale most of it down to 320*240 and it made the whole project look like wide screen when it is not supposed to be.

And another question, is...the grass texture I used from a photo...doesn't look like grass in this project as you can see, I tried using bump map, but it still didn't look like grass at all.

Can anyone tell me why?

Thanks,
JL

I suppose it wold depend on your texture's quality, but it seems like it is repeated in one direction and not the other...
