You need to have installed it before then. You can't just call something that doesn't exist.No the tutorial is from digital tutors, I called the shelf DT_charSetupTools.. is a script supposed to be created then?

The file should have come with your disk, or available for download somewhere on their site. He showed those folders, as that's where you're supposed to place the script in order for it to run.
If you still have problems, it would be best to go to their site, as they could help you out more with their own products.
